  Locate the kits anywhere indoors, OUT of direct sunlight, avoiding radiators and heat sources. Please note as these kits are all designed to be grown in the home.

• WHAT DO I NEED TO GROW THE KITS?

  All of our kits come supplied with full instructions, all you will need is to spray the kits with regular water.

• ​HOW BIG ARE THE KITS?

  Product Dimensions 

  The Chestnut / Whites and all the Oyster Kits are in cardboard boxes sized below.

  • 7in x 7in x 7in (17.5cm x 17.5cm x 17.5cm)

  The Shiitake Kits are as sized below.

  • 8in x 8in x 8in approx (20.3cm x 20.3cm x 20.3cm)

• WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

  Our items are typically sent to arrive the next day, We deliver Monday-Friday to avoid extended times in the courier network. We can adjust delivery if required, just pop a message in the order notes and we can accommodate. Grow kits are Shipped Via DPD Tracked service as standard. Saturday Postage options are available if selected at checkout. Non Mainland Uk will be delivered via Royal Mail.

  We ship nearly anywhere within the United Kingdom. However there will be a surcharge on the below postcodes. Unfortunately we only supply the United Kingdom.

  Scottish Islands - HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH42-44, ZE1-3

  Isle of wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isle, Northern Ireland

• WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE COSTS?

  Mainland DPD Shipping within the UK is £3.95 for the first kit ( or bundle) , and each additional kit is +£2.50 or less, dependent on the products. The Twin pack / bundle options also allow you to save on postage. Dried Items are typically shipped with royal mail with cheaper pricing.

  Surcharged rates ( affected postcodes mentioned above) are calculated at the checkout. We offer Royal Mail postage to service such areas to help keep costs down.
