Dried gourmet woodland mushrooms. These are a great store cupboard ingredient. To use: soak to rehydrate then add these too any dish as you would regular mushrooms. They will be fantastic in risottos and pastas with their intense flavour. Save the water after rehydration as a flavorful stock.
Ingredients:
Porcini mushrooms, Slippery Jack mushrooms (Suillus luteus and/or granulatus) Oyster mushrooms and Black Trumpet mushrooms.
