Enoki Mushrooms with Butter & Soy Sauce

Ingredients


150 g enoki mushrooms

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter

Step 1: Cut off the roots from the Enoki Mushrooms, then chop the bunch in half.

Step 2: Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the Enoki mushrooms. Stir whilst maintaining a low - medium heat for two minutes.

Step 3: Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy!
