We deliver grow kits throughout most of the United Kingdom. Some remote and island areas are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and a small number of locations are not currently available for grow kits.

The "not currently covered" areas listed below apply to our live mushroom growing kits, which require faster transit to arrive in good condition. Our dried mushrooms and mushroom beverages (hot chocolate, coffee blends) can still be shipped to these locations via Royal Mail, as they don't have the same time-sensitivity.

Important for "Ready Growing" Kits

These kits should be delivered within a few days of the required date. Once received, remove from packaging immediately and store in the fridge to maintain freshness. For Oyster kits and Lion's Mane, place paper towels over growing holes to protect the substrate.

Items requested to be left in a "safe place" are left at the recipient's liability.

If delivery is unsuccessful, parcels may be delivered to a nearby pickup shop for collection.

We use automated labelling - please ensure your address is complete and correct. DPD charges apply for address amendments after dispatch.

Orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect addresses will incur additional postal fees.

If delivery is unsuccessful, parcels may be redirected to a nearby pickup shop. We use automated labelling, so incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are the customer's responsibility. DPD charges us for address amendments after dispatch, and we cannot cover these costs. If reshipping is required due to an incorrect address, postage will be charged again.
