Ordering Information
When ordering Gifts, please let us know during the checkout process and we will delay delivery accordingly. Please note we deliver Monday - Friday.
Please ensure ready growing items are ordered / delivered on or close to gift events. (see below) Otherwise they will grow with 7-10 days of receiving.
In order to specify the order is required for a Gift.
During step 3 of the checkout, please let us know if it is for a birthday within the "Order notes" and we will adjust delivery. (see picture below)
Chestnut / White Mushroom Grow Kits
These come with a suitable shelf life (2-3 months) They should be kept somewhere cool (room temp is fine, fridge is best) until gifting. You can keep these for self storage making these perfect gifts.
Pink / Yellow Oyster + Lion's Mane Kits
These are Ready growing items. They should be kept somewhere cool until gifting with damp paper towel over the holes, if kept in the fridge, these can last 7-10 days before gifting, but no longer.
Shiitake, King Oyster, Nameco Kits
These are Ready growing varieties they should be kept somewhere cool until wrapping / starting. if kept in the fridge, these can last 7-10 days before gifting, but no longer as then they need to be started.

Gifting Tips
Ready Growing Kits Should Be Kept Within the Fridge For A Maximum Of 7-10 Days Prior To Gifting. No Spraying Or Watering Of The Kits Is Required To Store.
Ready Growing items should be booked to arrive a few days before the gift event.
Please note, PayPal Bypasses our checkout, so if you wish to ship to an adress other than your "default" PayPal adress and set delivery dates. You should use the normal checkout flow. by clicking "Proceed to secure checkout"
If you'd like a Gift Note included
The option to add a gift note to your order is available on the product, please tick the option when ordering your product and enter the required message. Please do not include this in the Order notes at checkout.
Gifting Information
It is essential to remove the items for the postal box and to then keep items as cool as possible until gifting, but avoid freezing. These can be kept in the fridge or any cool location which will not expose the kit to freezing temperatures.
