Pan Fried Maitake Mushroom Recipe


Take a bunch of Maitake and tear them into small pieces / strips. Into a hot pan add olive oil, the mushrooms then salt the mushrooms to help get the water content out of the Maitake Mushrooms. Then add your garlic and butter to begin adding flavour into the mushrooms, finish with soy sauce and let them caramelize in the pan for another couple of minutes until done to your liking. We served with diced spring onion and rice.
