Air frying mushrooms is a great and time efficient way to prepare mushrooms, you can bake stuffed mushrooms such as Portobellos, quicker than you could in an oven, its also cheaper, whilst preparing the rest of your meal, you can have two portobellos baking in the air fryer for 20 minutes and they will come out great everytime. You can also use the air fryer to create texture from mushrooms, which is a common complaint with people who dont like mushrooms!
